Job summary

Mediq is seeking an experienced Global Sourcing Project Manager to drive excellence across Europe. You will standardize processes, monitor performance with KPI dashboards, and lead international sourcing initiatives in a matrix environment.

In this role you will coordinate ESG efforts, support digitalization, and train key users, delivering executive updates and aligning stakeholders to strategic priorities across countries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in global sourcing or procurement.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes and principles.
• Experience in international matrix organizations.
• Expertise with sourcing systems and S2C suites (GEP).
• Solid project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of global sourcing standards and ways of working.
• Analyze and improve sourcing processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
• Lead international sourcing projects, including ESG and payment terms.
• Ensure ESG compliance within sourcing across suppliers and countries.
• Lead sourcing digitalization projects and assess system enhancements.
• Build a strong key-user network and drive system adoption.
• Prepare executive-level communication and reporting.
• Align priorities and foster collaboration across functions and countries.
