Job summary

Mediq is seeking a Global Sourcing Project Manager to shape and optimize sourcing across Europe. You will drive standards, lead international projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and ESG compliance.

You bring a Master’s degree, 8+ years in sourcing/procurement, and deep knowledge of sourcing systems (GEP) and MS Office. The role is based in a dynamic, international matrix environment with extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience in an international matrix organization and with S2C suites.

Responsibilities

• Drive global sourcing standards, policies and ways of working.
• Analyze and improve sourcing processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
• Lead international sourcing projects including events and ESG initiatives.
• Ensure ESG compliance within sourcing and with external suppliers.
• Lead sourcing digitalization projects and assess system enhancements.
• Build a strong key-user network and drive adoption of systems.
• Prepare executive-level communications and align stakeholders.
