Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Support Specialist to back the executive leadership team in EMEA from Maastricht, the European HQ.

This temporary, onsite role focuses on high‑level administrative tasks and project support, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle data collection, reporting, calendar management, and cross‑functional coordination while maintaining discretion and proactive communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting senior leadership or executives.
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
• Good business judgment and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from various sources to support analysis and reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly summaries and presentations for management using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in planning and executing strategic projects with project plans.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Support planning and coordination of company events or meetings.
