Job summary

Canon EMEA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for HR technology initiatives across the EMEA region. You will lead HRIS projects, shape the HRIS roadmap, and collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to deliver digital solutions that meet business needs and drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, multi-project leadership, and transformation in a global environment. A university degree and strong English are required; Dutch is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project manager with HR systems experience.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Owns projects end-to-end and balances strategic and operational priorities.
• Experience in large multinational environments.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HRIS projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate and maintain the EMEA HRIS project portfolio and roadmap.
• Partner with HR management, HR process owners, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and quality.
• Drive improvements across the HR technology landscape, including Cornerstone and Oracle HCM.
• Support governance, compliance, and reporting activities related to HR technology projects.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the broader business.
