Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking an EDI Program Lead to drive the European rollout and governance of our harmonized EDI operating model from Amersfoort. You will shape processes, roles, and responsibilities across the region while engaging customers and partners to accelerate EDI adoption.

In this role you will monitor performance, lead onboarding pipelines, and work with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to reduce manual processing and transaction costs, enabling scalable Order-to-Cash improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, EDI, e-invoicing, or digital transaction management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of EDI processes, ERP systems, SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the European EDI operating model with governance and processes.
• Lead European EDI onboarding and adoption across orders, invoices, and shipping notifications.
• Build a structured onboarding pipeline with prioritization and progress tracking.
• Drive improvements to reduce manual processing and onboarding cycle times.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor KPI performance and provide insights to improve adoption and efficiency.
