o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Events Project Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of interactive events, including roundtables, webinars and workshops, in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

You will coordinate calendars, invitations and attendee tracking, ensuring seamless cross‑team alignment with the Engagement Marketing group. The role suits an energetic multitasker comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience coordinating events in an international, high-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interactive roundtable discussions, networking sessions, webinars and workshops with industry practitioners.
• Plan, organize and schedule events in sync with Engagement Marketing.
• Maintain internal dashboards and ensure all event details are tracked and aligned across teams.
