Job summary

Aquent is seeking a B2B Event Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, production, and execution of regional events from Amsterdam. You will work with cross-functional teams to bring field activations, trade shows, and proprietary events to life across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Operations to drive pre-event campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up, including lead capture and CRM integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event marketing or operations.
• Experience with B2B events preferred.
• Experience in tech/corporate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end execution of EMEA regional events, from trade shows to roundtables.
• Coordinate event collateral, signage, booth assets, and on-site logistics.
• Liaise with agencies, production partners, and booth contractors to track timelines, quotes, and invoices.
• Manage staffing schedules and attendee registration logistics; assist setup/teardown.
• Support pre-event campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Aid post-event lead capture, CRM uploads, and ROI reporting.
• Maintain regional event calendars and update internal event playbooks and guidelines.
