Fluke is seeking an Event Manager to lead our EMEA event strategy within the marketing organization. You will plan and execute live and virtual events, manage budgets, vendors, and post-event analysis, while coordinating with Field Sales and Channel Sales to align with commercial priorities.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Event Management or related field, strong project management, and the ability to handle multiple events with tight deadlines. Some travel will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, including planning and post-event analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Proficiency in budget management and ROI analysis for events.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the EMEA event strategy across Field Sales and Channel Sales.
• Own lead-management and reporting for events, ensuring data quality and timely handover.
• Monitor event ROI and attendee feedback; provide improvement recommendations.
• Plan and execute live and web-based events, including trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate all event logistics: venue, vendors, budget, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align events with marketing goals.
