Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in SaaS/software with a track record of enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise-grade customers and leading complex sales cycles.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, CSM, Solution Engineers).

Responsibilities

• Strategic growth of Lucid's largest customers in EMEA.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Lucid's full collaboration suite.
• Direct outbound lead sourcing and identify new opportunities across existing customers.
• Generate and close new pipeline through prospect engagements, including calls, emails, demos, and negotiations.
• Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
• Manage a book of accounts with reliable forecasts and close pipeline to achieve quota.
