Job summary

Breitling seeks a Lead e-Commerce EMEA & Managing Director BEU (temporary mission) to accelerate growth in Europe and ensure premium customer experiences from Amsterdam-Lijnden. You will report to the Global Head of eCommerce & Digital Engagement and lead strategic and commercial initiatives across multiple markets.

This leadership role blends commercial responsibility, digital transformation and cross-functional teamwork, overseeing budgets, stock, and customer journeys to enhance profitability

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior e-commerce, digital commerce, business development or commercial leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and setting strategic direction.
• Strong experience in e-commerce platforms, digital operations, and market dynamics.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with proven revenue growth.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French/German a plus; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local organization, setting strategic priorities and building teams.
• Own the e-commerce budget/targets across EMEA and SEA, driving revenue and market expansion.
• Develop and implement sales plans and optimize customer journeys and processes.
• Oversee e-commerce logistics and end-to-end operations to support growth.
• Drive customer loyalty, retention, and online brand awareness.
• Expand online presence into new markets and manage stock planning across markets.
• Strengthen relationships with payments, logistics, and platforms.
• Oversee multilingual customer service teams in Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
