Job summary

ConnectWise in the Netherlands seeks a Distributor Sales Manager to lead the EMEA distributor ecosystem, driving indirect revenue growth with strategic engagement and joint business planning for assigned distributors.

You will own end-to-end distributor relationships, align with MSP-first strategy, and enable MSP partner growth across ConnectWise platforms while collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in distributor management or channel sales.
• Proven SaaS distribution and MSP engagement.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships end-to-end (strategic, commercial, operational).
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with distributor leadership.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning cadences.
• Align distributor strategy with MSP-first ConnectWise platform vision.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with each distributor.
• Monitor distributor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
