Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager fluent in Dutch to own the end-to-end distributor relationship across the EMEA region. The role focuses on strategic engagement, executive alignment, and joint business planning to drive MSP partner growth on the ConnectWise platform.

The candidate will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align distributor objectives with MSP market priorities and regional governance, delivering two-tier go-to-market success.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in distributor management, channel sales, or partner leadership.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of MSP business models and SaaS monetization.
• Experience working alongside direct or overlay sales organizations.
• Broad experience across EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships end-to-end (strategic, commercial, and operational).
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning cadences.
• Drive ARR growth across the ConnectWise portfolio with a focus on platform adoption and multi-product penetration.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with each distributor.
• Set distributor-level targets for revenue contribution, MSP recruitment and activation, and portfolio adoption.
• Monitor distributor KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on renewals and amendments.
• Influence regional partner and distribution strategy.
