Job summary

ConnectWise in Amsterdam seeks a Distributor Sales Manager to own the end-to-end distributor relationship across the EMEA region, driving indirect revenue growth and multi-product adoption through joint business plans and executive collaboration.

You will lead governance, enablement, and quarterly reviews with distributors, coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager, and ensure MSP partners are recruited, supported, and aligned with the MSP-first strategy. Fluency in Dutch is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in distributor management, channel sales, or partner leadership.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role.
• Experience with MSP tools, IT management, cybersecurity, or SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships end-to-end (strategic, commercial, operational).
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning cadences.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and set distributor targets.
• Ensure distributor alignment with MSP-first strategy and platform vision.
