Reboot Monkey, a global datacenter services provider, is building a 24/7 SDR team for the EMEA region. You will own outbound prospecting and meeting bookings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, proactively identifying prospects and crafting personalized outreach.

This remote‑first role offers a monthly retainer of EUR 600–800 with a performance bonus per qualified meeting. You will log activity in the CRM and collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and pipelines.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Proactively identify and research potential clients in the EMEA region needing datacenter services.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book qualified meetings.
• Engage with inbound leads and qualify them based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Research prospects to understand infrastructure needs and pain points.
• Maintain and update CRM records with every interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach sequences.
• Provide daily activity reports and track KPI progress.
• Cover the EMEA shift to ensure regional sales coverage.
