Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Customer Success Associate for the EMEA region. You will serve as a post-sales advisor to mid-market customers, driving adoption, value realization, and retention while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

You will onboard customers to NodeZero, enable advanced features, and guide security-focused success across IT/SOC teams. A hybrid Amsterdam-based role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles in a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
• Fluent English required; additional languages (French/Spanish/German) preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support teams.
• Comfortable using key CS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of EMEA mid-market customers as post-sales technical advisor.
• Drive adoption, value realization, retention and growth through the lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding and enablement for NodeZero, including advanced features.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain customer health records.
• Interact with IT/SOC teams to interpret findings and guide security strategy.
