New Balance is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to lead the regional CRM strategy for the EMEA region, focusing on database marketing, customer engagement, and memberships. You will translate data into actionable campaigns that grow revenue and customer lifetime value across markets.

You will manage lifecycle programs, optimize segmentation, and partner with analytics, ecom, and marketing to drive growth and retention while ensuring data privacy and best practices within the EMEA region.

• Strong experience in database marketing, CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, personalization, journeys and campaigns.
