Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a CRM Manager for Benelux to own multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle journeys. You will leverage first-party data to drive engagement, retention and revenue, working with local and global teams to optimise performance across email, SMS, and on-site personalization.

The role requires experience in ecommerce CRM, Bloomreach, and a strong analytics mindset, with fluency in Dutch and English and a hybrid work setup in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in an ecommerce or DTC environment.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar CRM/CDP platform.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze campaigns and act on insights.
• Experience building journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and collaboration across teams.
• Passion for customer engagement, personalization, and digital experiences.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM channel across the Benelux to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site personalization.
• Develop and optimize automated lifecycle journeys from acquisition to loyalty.
• Build audience segments and personalized experiences using first-party data.
• Analyze CRM performance and KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Lead A/B testing across messaging, creative, offers, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, content, and data teams for integrated campaigns.
• Maximize Bloomreach value through data, automation, and personalization.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data best practices in all activities.
