Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech commercial roles.
• 7+ years leading business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Biotech EMEA BD team of 9 professionals, fostering a hunter culture.
• Own regional revenue and profitability targets across a $500M portfolio, driving pipeline growth and market penetration.
• Define and execute regional commercial strategy including territory planning and market prioritization.
• Lead complex deal execution with proposals, pricing, and high-value negotiations.
• Monitor team performance and address gaps to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategy with delivery capabilities and client needs.
