10x Genomics seeks a Regional Marketing Manager for Single Cell in the EMEA region to lead the marketing strategy and execution across academia, biopharma, and industry partners. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive demand and optimize campaigns.

The role requires deep knowledge of single cell biology, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to travel ~60% within the region, delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with researchers and translational scientists

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or Genetics.
• Marketing experience in life sciences, ideally in product marketing or product management.
• Knowledge of single cell technology and customer needs.
• Creative thinker with strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of sales pipeline and funnel conversion.
• Strong organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
• Self-starter and strong team player.
• Ability to travel at least 60% within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the EMEA region aligned with company goals and local needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in single cell research across the region.
• Lead creation and execution of marketing campaigns for the single cell portfolio in EMEA.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in academia, biopharma, and industry partners; collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Track effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize accordingly.
• Advise on local regulatory and compliance requirements for global marketing.
• Drive demand and grow the marketing funnel with regional sales and distributors.
• Establish regional processes and systems to support marketing operations.
• Serve as the regional marketing lead for Single Cell in EMEA.
