Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a high‑performance delivery pod in Amsterdam. You will lead hands‑on configuration, deliver AI‑driven features with Now Assist, and collaborate with architects and senior consultants to execute build tasks.

The role focuses on CMDB modeling, Flow Designer workflows, and scripting with JavaScript/GlideScript, with a strong emphasis on independent execution and clear written updates.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
• Proven capability in platform configuration and workflow design.
• Experience supporting architects and senior technical consultants in enterprise delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
• Produce clear written updates, progress reports, and risk flags for project leadership.
• Work independently following PACE playbooks and delivery standards.
