Job summary

Nebius is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to support design, review, and development of electrical infrastructure for data centers. You will work on low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems and coordinate with partners to meet regulatory and operating requirements.

This role requires on-site presence at data centers. You should have 3+ years in electrical systems for large-scale data centers, strong knowledge of UPS, generators, and power distribution, and ideally a PE license or plan to

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems in large-scale data centers or critical facilities.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 2 years is required.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design packages for data center projects and third-party designs.
• Develop electrical design concepts for high-density data center environments.
• Evaluate UPS, LV, MV, and HV electrical infrastructure.
• Review cable pathways and data hall layouts for coordination.
• Collaborate with mechanical, commissioning and operations teams to ensure buildable designs.
• Assess designs for concurrently maintainable data center operations and high power density.
• Identify alternative design solutions and tradeoffs.
