Job summary

Nebius Group is deploying a data-center focused platform in Amsterdam. The Construction Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical facilities, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, coordinating GCs, design teams, and vendors to meet aggressive timelines.

The role requires deep experience with data center MEP systems, strict safety practices, and a proven ability to manage large budgets and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience; data centers or critical environment facilities preferred.
• Direct experience with data center MEP systems: power distribution, redundancy (N+1, 2N), UPS, generators, cooling.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and Uptime Institute Tier standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and schedule-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project controls, scheduling software, and construction management platforms; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center construction delivery from site selection through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage general contractors, architects, MEP engineers, and subcontractors against milestones and design intent.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and critical power/cooling infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Manage budgets, change orders, contingency, and forecasting; review pay applications.
