Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Electrical Solutions Engineer to shape scalable electrical designs for hyperscale, neocloud, and enterprise data centers, translating complex customer requirements into resilient, cost-efficient solutions.

Based in the UK or the Netherlands, this hybrid, global role partners with customers, sales, and delivery teams across regions, leading technical workshops, and supporting design through 30% schematic design and documentation for pricing and construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
Experience with high-density data center power architectures.
Strong drafting and markup skills in Bluebeam, AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical solutioning for hyperscale and AI/HPC opportunities with high-density deployments.
Develop 30% schematic designs including single-line diagrams and power distribution concepts.
Prepare technical response packages for RFIs and design-development activities.
Review contracts and technical exhibits for alignment with standards.
Translate customer requirements into electrical design concepts aligned with standards.
Support pricing, construction, and execution teams with detailed electrical scope.
Lead technical workshops and customer engagements across regions.
Present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-discipline audiences.
