Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic hotel environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence working with multiple departments.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rooms Division Manager in overseeing daily operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Act as a central point of contact for operational matters and assist in ensuring effective communication between departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, bars, and back-of-house areas to maintain standards.
• Assist with handling guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery actions to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recognition activities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on opportunities identified through guest feedback and reviews.
• Assist with room inventory management, occupancy monitoring, and room readiness throughout the day.
• Support Food & Beverage operations during busy periods, events, conferences, and group arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Assist in managing emergencies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.
• Prepare daily operational reports, shift handovers, and management updates.
• Participate in departmental and operational meetings, contributing ideas to improve service quality.
• Support managers with projects, audits, training activities, and quality assurance initiatives.
