Job summary

Next Job Abroad is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support agent in Alicante to assist Dutch customers with connectivity issues via calls, chats, and emails. You will receive comprehensive paid training to become proficient quickly and deliver value through product updates and promotions.

The role offers a base salary up to €2,094 gross per month plus a 15% monthly performance bonus. After a 3-month on-site onboarding, you can work 2–3 days from home, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch at C2 or native level with comfortable conversational English (B1+).
• Warm, engaging phone presence with a proactive attitude.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools.
• EU passport or Spanish residency required to finalize contract.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00; weekends 09:00-17:30; two weekends monthly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails to assist Dutch customers with connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and guide users through activating SIMs, data settings, and device setup.
• Suggest value-driven product updates and promotional extensions to customers.
• Maintain accurate database profiles to ensure smooth service operations.
