Job summary

Next Job Abroad is hiring for a customer support role in Spain, offering relocation to Alicante or Málaga. You will join a multinational team, support customers in Dutch and English, and build a memorable service experience.

You'll handle calls, emails and chats, assist with mobile services, home internet and TV, with full training provided. This is a permanent Spanish contract with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet, and TV.
• Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (full training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience
