Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to help millions of users for one of the Netherlands' most innovative telecom brands. You will relocate to Málaga, Spain, and join a vibrant, international team delivering friendly, practical tech support.

The role offers full-time hours (32–39 per week) with on-site work initially and a flexible hybrid model after onboarding, plus a paid training program and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C2) with functional English (B1) for an international team.
• Excellent communication and empathy in customer support.
• Digital literacy to navigate standard software and home Wi‑Fi setup.
• EU passport or legal residency for Spanish contract.
• Availability for Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, weekends 09:00-17:30 with peak shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound questions from customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Guide users through fixes such as roaming, SIM activation, and home internet/TV box installation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and improve customer experience, with CRM updates.
