Job summary

Cygnific B.V. is hiring a customer service representative in Amsterdam to assist travel agencies with bookings, flights, luggage, and Loyalty Program queries. You will learn our reservation and CRM systems during paid training and gradually support multiple products through cross-training.

The role starts with a 10-week paid training at the office, full-time hours, and a path to long-term collaboration. Hybrid work, travel allowances, pension, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• You have at least a level 4 MBO degree or work and think level.
• You preferably have experience with working at a call center or in customer service.
• You understand how (complex) computer systems work.
• You have a passion for travel, a talent for teamwork and an international mindset.
• You are flexible, service-oriented, creative and have a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Assist travel agencies on the phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades and the Flying Blue program.
• Find quick and suitable solutions and aim to exceed passengers’ expectations.
• Participate in cross-training to be deployed across products.
