Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents on behalf of our international client in Alicante, Spain. This role offers international work experience, a warm climate and a chance to start a new chapter abroad.

As part of the team you will assist customers via phone, email and chat, learn our products, and work with colleagues across borders. Full training is provided and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, and comfortable communicating in English.
• Positive, proactive team player with a curiosity for life abroad.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new country and role.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and provide product information.
• Follow internal processes and work with international colleagues.

Your role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers and provide excellent service every day. Your tasks may include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Resolving customer inquiries professionally
• Providing information about products and services
• Following internal processes and systems
• Working together with international colleagues

No previous experience is required for many candidates, as full training will be provided.
