Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions within the customer support services framework.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction metrics.
• Navigate multiple digital tools to troubleshoot inquiries and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining a professional and helpful brand voice.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest trends in the BPO and customer support services industry.
