Job summary

Nobel Recruitment is seeking a Junior Partner Success Manager (Dutch-speaking) in Amsterdam. You will join a small Partner Success team, serving the Dutch-speaking partner base, and collaborate with regional AE(s). This is non-sales, with no upsell or renewal targets, measured on churn and product adoption.

You will ramp from ~30 to 60–70 partners, run demos, and help shape product feedback. Strong Dutch + English, comfort with tech products, and a relationship-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch and fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own a growing partner book (30–70 accounts).
• Build trust with technical users and partner staff.
• Run demos/workshops/screen-share sessions on new features.
• Collect partner feedback to influence product and implementation.
