Job summary

Next Job Abroad represents a leading iGaming employer seeking a Customer Service Star to join their multilingual support team in a hybrid Malta setup.

You will handle calls, chats and emails, resolve queries, process KYC/docs, and contribute to knowledge base while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Fluent Dutch is essential, plus analytical, problem-solving skills, adaptability to shifts, and enthusiasm for sports and casino products.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries via calls, live chat and email.
• Take ownership of cases to full resolution.
• Coordinate with other teams to solve issues.
• Approve withdrawals and verify basic documentation.
• Process KYC and due diligence when required.
• Perform daily security checks on new accounts and transactions.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and FAQs.
• Support CS management with ad hoc data analysis.
