Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist Dutch-speaking players in Malta. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide players through our gaming products, while benefiting from a relocation package to Malta.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills.
