Formación

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch – both written and spoken.
• A keen interest in sports and casino.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to shift work and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer queries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Take ownership of unresolved customer cases.
• Communicate with teams to solve customer problems.
• Approve customer withdrawals upon player request.
• Process KYC and documentation.
• Run daily security checks on new accounts and payment transactions.
