Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English is a must.
• Experience working with Works Councils.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR advisor to business leaders on workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with NL regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
