Job summary

Rentman in Utrecht is seeking a First Line Technical Support Specialist who communicates clearly in Dutch and English, helping customers maximize the value of the Rentman platform.

You’ll own customer issues from intake to resolution, use Zendesk and Aircall, and collaborate with Product and CX teams to drive process improvements while enjoying a flexible hybrid work arrangement in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (native or C1).
• Strong troubleshooting and clear written/oral communication.
• Team-oriented with fast-paced, product-driven updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience and own issues end-to-end.
• Respond to queries via Zendesk and calls via Aircall.
• Stay current with product updates; escalate as needed.
• Share feedback with Product and CX teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and team meetings.
• Onboard new Support staff during shadowing period.
