Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in the Netherlands is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international project in travel and hospitality. You will support customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat, handling bookings and inquiries with a focus on quality.

The role offers remote work from your home country after training (for Dutch speakers not based in Athens), full training before going live, relocation assistance, and a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding.
