Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support an international travel and hospitality project. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat, resolving bookings and questions with a friendly, high-quality approach.

After training, remote work is available from your home country. Onboarding will take place in Athens, with hotel accommodation during training/relocation and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Willing to travel to Athens for onboarding.
