Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international project in travel and hospitality. The role offers remote work from your home country after training and onboarding in Athens.

You will communicate in Dutch and English, handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while coordinating with teams across borders. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
