Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international travel & hospitality project. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat, delivering a friendly, high-quality service and resolving inquiries promptly.

After comprehensive training, you may work remotely from your home country (for Dutch speakers not based in Athens). Onboarding requires travel to Athens; relocation support and accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately.
