Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support an international travel and hospitality project. You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat, resolving booking questions and ensuring a high-quality experience.

Training is provided, with remote work from home after onboarding for Dutch speakers not based in Athens. Relocation assistance, hotel accommodation during training, and support with hiring and legal documentation

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, 08:00–00:00.
• Willingness to travel to Athens for onboarding.
