Job summary

CB Talents seeks a bilingual Customer Support Representative (Dutch & English) to join our remote team based in Athens, Greece. This role offers a full-time, remote position with relocation assistance and comprehensive onboarding support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly, accurate help in Dutch and English while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Shifts run across 08:00–00:00, Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Fluent / C1-C2 proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Based in or relocate to Athens, Greece to work remotely.
• Provide required legal documents for hiring in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Work flexible rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday through Sunday.

Job Overview

• Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch & English)

• Compensation: €1,500 Gross per month
