Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. The role involves assisting customers with enquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, maintain service quality, and escalate complex cases when needed. Training and onboarding are provided for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements

Location and Work Model

Choose one of the following options:

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
