Marktlink is expanding into new markets and seeks a proactive Business Development Representative who speaks Dutch natively, with a strong background selling to entrepreneurs. You will drive growth through high-volume phone conversations, cold outreach, and engaging entrepreneurs about growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in engaging entrepreneurs.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong communication skills.
• Experience with prospecting and phone acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek telephone contact with entrepreneurs, engage them in conversations about growth and preparing for sale.
• Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses and events for the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on international growth strategies.
• Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the final phase of entrepreneurship.
• Commit to continuous improvement and accurate administration of conversations.
• Demonstrate self-reliance, ownership, and accountability for success.
