Job summary

Marktlink is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership teams. You will connect HR strategy with practical actions, prepare performance cycles, forecast hiring, and collaborate with Recruitment, HR Operations and the ML Academy as Marktlink grows across Europe.

You’ll work from our Deventer office, covering Deventer, Doetinchem, Leek, Hengelo, Den Bosch & Maastricht, supporting a fast-growing, international environment with a human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Able to operate between day-to-day HR support and strategic advice.
• Strong analytical thinking with organizational sensitivity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor and coach to managers and leadership teams.
• Prepare and guide managers through performance review cycles.
• Analyse performance, turnover and absence trends and translate data into actions.
• Forecast hiring needs 6–12 months ahead and collaborate with recruiters.
• Partner with ML Academy on development plans and training follow-up.
• Support culture as Marktlink grows internationally.
• Translate HR initiatives into practical actions within the business.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes.
