Job summary

Shine is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how the Payroll product reaches and grows its customer base in the Dutch market. You will partner with the Dutch Business Unit to align on revenue and commercial priorities.

The role spans market understanding to in-market execution, feeding insights back into product and roadmap, with a focus on acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product marketing experience in SaaS or digital products.
• Proven launches from insight to live release.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear storytelling.
• Collaborates across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Tracks KPIs and adjusts strategy based on data.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Market & competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Lead research rhythm in the Netherlands with multiple inputs.
• Identify underserved segments and use cases.
• Localise positioning and drive GTM for Dutch market.
• Own product presence in the Dutch market (website, in-app, onboarding).
• Provide enablement to Sales and CS with messaging and battlecards.
