Job summary

Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to own how our Invoicing & Accounting product reaches and grows its Dutch customer base. You’ll partner with the Dutch Business Unit Lead on market insights, pricing and lifecycle strategies to drive acquisition, activation, adoption and retention.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to tailor messaging, run launches and campaigns, and translate global positioning into local competitive advantages.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Product Marketing for digital or SaaS products.
• Led product or feature launches end to end – from insights to live release.
• Turn complex technical topics into simple, creative stories with real “aha” moments.
• Natural collaborator and communicator across Product, Sales, Marketing and other teams.
• Care about outcomes: set KPIs, track performance, and adjust based on data.
• Think in value and impact: shape pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
• AI-native: using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar in workflow.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Market & competitive intelligence: size market, track trends, analyze competitors, translate insights into recommendations.
• Customer understanding & segmentation: research Netherlands market with in-app feedback, surveys, interviews, data.
• Whitespace & opportunities: identify local and global opportunities and partner with Product Managers.
• Positioning, offer & go-to-market: localise positioning for Dutch market, plan differentiation and GTM.
• Product presence & lifecycle: manage how product appears in the Dutch market and drive activation and retention.
• Sales & CS enablement: provide messaging guides, battlecards, and launch briefs.
