Job summary

Shine is seeking a Sales & Growth Manager NL to build and run the Dutch commercial motion. You’ll win new customers, expand existing accounts, and reduce churn, all while shaping Shine’s Netherlands strategy from Amsterdam.

You’ll work with HubSpot, Aircall, Mojo and Notion, reporting to Growth leadership, and collaborating with teams across Europe. The role requires Dutch fluency and professional English, a track record in sales or account management, and a results-driven mindset in a

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Dutch with strong English communication.
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or inside sales (high-volume).
• Experience selling to small businesses or freelancers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers from inbound and outbound efforts.
• Own expansion sales and upsell to existing Shine customers.
• Prevent churn and win back customers as needed.
• Sell through multiple touchpoints (phone, email, chat) and document activities in HubSpot.
• Meet revenue and activity targets and continuously optimize approach.
