Job summary

Shine is expanding its Netherlands payroll product, Employes by Shine, with a Senior Product Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of strategy and roadmap. You will work with a complete cross-functional team to translate complex payroll requirements into scalable product solutions, ensuringサ existing customers are served while unlocking new growth opportunities beyond the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and our Payroll Expert to shape the roadmap, improve adoption

Qualifications

Experience owning a product roadmap in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven ability to lead discovery and end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
Strong collaboration with engineering, design and domain experts.
Comfort translating complex regulatory or compliance-heavy requirements into simple product solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Netherlands payroll, aligning with company goals.
Lead discovery to identify high-impact problems and partner with engineering, design and payroll experts.
Drive end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery, adoption and impact measurement.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure market-ready launches and adoption.
Contribute to Payroll Tribe initiatives and future multi-market opportunities.
