Job summary

Shine is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how Shine's Invoicing & Accounting product reaches and grows its Dutch customer base. You will define localised positioning, drive GTM launches, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to optimise acquisition, activation, and retention.

The role requires 3–6 years in Product Marketing for SaaS, plus strong communication in English and Dutch, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or SaaS products.
• Ability to own launches end to end from insight to live release.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Market & competitive intelligence: size market, track trends and competitors, translate insights into actions.
• Customer understanding & segmentation: research rhythm in Netherlands and identify underserved segments.
• Whitespace & opportunities: size and prioritise new opportunities with product managers.
• Positioning, offer & go-to-market: localise global positioning for the Dutch market and lead GTM execution.
• Product presence & lifecycle: own how the product shows up in the Dutch market (website, onboarding, in-app messaging).
• Sales & CS enablement: provide messaging guides and battlecards for Sales/CS.
